The Instruction of fried chickpea pizzas
- whisk the chickpea flour flour egg cream oil oregano and 2 cups 500ml water in a bowl mix until a smooth batter the consistency of runny cream
- preheat the oven to 150c the brush 22 cm non stick frying pan with a little oil and heat over medium heat using 1 2 cup 125 ml of dough for each pizza coat the bottom of the pan swirling to distribute evenly cook for 1 2 minutes then turn and cook for a further 1 minute or until golden transfer to a serving dish and keep warm in the oven cover with aluminum foil repeat with the remaining batter brushing skillet with oil as needed to make 6 pizzas
